Local anaesthetics are the most commonly applied type of anaesthesia in hair transplant surgeries.
Local anaesthesia can be administered by a needleless jet injection device; the device diffuses the liquid with high pressure. It reduces pain by 70%.
BEARD DONOR AREA
If you don’t have good donor capacity from the head we can use the Beard Donor area
- Beard hair will be used for the top of head or the crown area
- We use it for increased density
WE CAN USE CHEST DONOR AREAS
If you don’t have good donor capacity from the head we can use the Chest Donor area
- Chest Hair will be used for the top of head or the crown area
- We use it for increased density
- Donor Survives: Head > Beard > Chest
* Hair follicles taken from the chest area consist of single hair follicles, just like the hair follicles in the beard region.
* Hair follicles taken from the chest area grow less than the beard roots.
* They are expected to grow no more than 5-6 cm.
* These hair follicles generally grow curlier rather than straight.
* They are thinner.
* We are using them for the Crown or the Top of the head just like the Beard donor area.
Your scalp grafts are used for the hairline/frontal third of the head.
Chest And Beard hair is used for the rest of the head and to create density.
