Hair Transplant Process consist of 3 major steps:
Our operations are completed within 1 day. It takes approximately 8-13 hours. During the procedure, there is a toilet break and a meal break.
Doctor Erkam Caymaz will provide personalised consultation and draw your new hairline with a specialist laser in operation's morning. Time taken varies depending on the number of grafts required. He will open your hair channel too.
1 - Extracting grafts from donor areas (2-4 Hours) - performed by an expert medical team.
2 - Opening micro-channels with Sapphire Blade/Incision (1-2,5 hours) – performed by Dr Caymaz. (For VIP)
3 - Implanting grafts into newly opened micro-channels (3-5 hours) – performed by an expert medical team.
*Most important step is the second step (Opening micro channels process/Incision) Our Doctor Caymaz will open your micro-channels directly with his own hands. For other steps (Step 1 and Step 3) Our medical team will perform these steps. Because this is teamwork one man can not do every step. Steps 1 and 2 can be displaced.
But during operation times our Doctor will supervise the operation. He will be waiting for 16:00-17:00 every day and our customer Service (his Assistant) and his team will explain everything. The operation will end between 19:00-21:00 generally.
*Doctor Caymaz accepts a maximum of 1-2 operations per day! It’s really important as there are clinics that do a lot of hair transplantations a day, at least between 5-10, so it’s impossible for them to operate and deal with a real Doctor.

If you want to DHI technique the doctor will perform implants with a Choi pen for the frontal area.
Hair Transplant Process in Istanbul Turkey

The hair extraction from the chest area is preferred last because they do not have very productive hair graft. A few years after the operation, the probability of survival is 50%. You can read more about it in our "Hair transplant Information" article too.
Local anesthesia is applied with a Needleless Machine reducing 70% pain. If you still feel any pain after, then we will apply an anesthetic injection.
After applying Painless Anesthesia Device for Local Anesthesia, if you still have pain we have to do more local Anesthesia with an injection to the subcutaneous area. After that, the operation will start.
